Refund after Money Retracted at the ATM

One of the ATM’s swallowed my money and displayed money retracted on the screen. Asked around and people just told me forget it, you’re not getting your money back. I went to a standard bank branch at the mall of Africa and a lady and a gent at the front desk were of so much help. I went in on the 5th of June the incident date and they assured me that on the 08th latest I’ll get the money back. I guess they went and did their recon and my story checked out and on the 08th I got the money back.
