Refund

<p>On the 28 Dec 2016 standard bank debited again R2480.67 on my current acc, I called the call centre they told me to send letter and payslip as the proof since my home loan account is paid by my employer, I told the laid on the phone that I already did that on the 22nd Dec when I was still waiting for the refund of the 27Nov 2016, but nevertheless I send the letter again and the payslip and on the letter stated again that they must cancel the stop order, and still now I am waiting for the refund since the 28 Dec and everytime I call am given a new reference number and my other debit orders are bouncing back. I don't know until when will I have to go through this with standard bank. </p>
