Refund

<p>In July I was informed of a refund after my debt review from Standard Bank, After an exhausting 3 months I received a payment but only a portion of the refund. I queried the payments, but to no avail. I launched a complaint from Standard bank. They have send a portion of my refund to a "suspense account" to an unknown account which I never been aware of or even approved. Secondly they only paid a portion of my other refund, when I rep**** and queried this I received an automated response. Since Nov 7 neither debt busters nor Standard Bank rep**** to my email. When we owe money the Banks and Creditors will come to your front yard and demand payment. When money is owe to me they just vanish and ignore you and hope you go away. I want to know where is the remainder of my payment with the exact amount that was emailed to me as received from Debt Busters. there is a discrepancy, I am frustrated and now one seems to care someone has done something wrong.</p>
