Refund

I was handed over to the lawyers( Brooks and Luyt inc) by the card division department, I was requested to pay an amount of 7800.00 . I paid that on 17/12/2015 I was given confirmation latter on 06/01/2016. apparently another money went to the account by mistake about R4000.00, that is where the problem started to refund me that amount . I call them so many times promising me to do refund with in 7 to 14 working day ... the request was done on 11/01/2016, on the 27/01/2016 I went to Kara glen branch to get assistance and I was Lynette help me we both called card division and we spoke to Maria Mzizi I gave them my bank details ..on Monday the 15/02/2016 and they told me Maria was on leave so if they help me the proses is going to take some few days again and till today I did not receive any call even my money<br> <br>
