refund

A year ago the storm damaged my house, I reported the incident and they sent a guy to come and inspect. after the inspection, he told me they will send a contractor to come fix my house. Two weeks passed and I called back to find out whats happening, I was told that my house was deteriorating. I disagreed with them because my house was 3yrs old at that time. I asked whats the way forward, they just told me they cant help me and just hang up the phone. I called back again and asked the procedure to cancel their insurance. I then app**** for OUTSURANCE and faxed them all the required papers on this day 17/07/2014. Two weeks ago when I asked for a statement I found out that they are still deducting the amount and it was never cancelled. I called them again they told me that they never got the fax but I still got proof that they got the fax. I emailed them the proof on September the 11th and asked for a refund. They emailed back:<br> <br> Dear SOLOMON RAMASHIJA, <br> <br> We would like to confirm that your service request *** for Refund Request, is now open. Please allow until 17.09.2015, for investigation and resolution.<br> <br> Till today im still waiting.
