refund

I have a complaint, I’m having two policies with Standard Bank for my two vehicles. My query is with the cover on my Mercedes C180, It was covered with business and I changed last month to personal. The problem is Standard Bank double deducted money on my account for both personal and business in one cover, one vehicle and whenever I make inquiries about the refunds I’m being pushed from pillar to post. Since last week up to day I’m requesting a refund, the consultants are promising to get back at me but no one ever contacted me since I laid my complaint.

Please assist urgently
