refund

3 weeks ago I sent a complaint to standard bank about money that was debited from my account and on top of it my arrangements was made and kept,.now they still haven't refunded me my R5800,.this is the second time this happens ..every time I call specialised department they keep telling me they can't see my email and I have sent countless email with my arrangement and also a statement from the creditors who are collecting on their behalf.
