Hi<br> I have settled my account on 28 May 2015<br> Then phoned them and was told that the debit order wont go through on the 1 June 2015<br> The debit order went off<br> I phoned them on the 2 June 2015 and I was told that they will refund me before 10 June 2015<br> After numerous calls nobody can give me an answer when will my money be refunded <br> Here is my ref no ***<br> I would like this to be sorted Please<br>
