Refund

I really don't know what to do anymore about STD Bank. The consultant that was dealing with my query called me Friday to inform me that I will get a refund early this week. It's Thursday today : refund and he's not replying to my emails. I'm very frustrated

This is a 3rd review I'm writing, I don't know what I need to do to get this matter sorted out.

I had a loan with standard bank and it was handed over to vertex but they still continued debiting my account. On the 27 October 2021 both of them debited from my account and the loan was paid from the money that standard bank debited from my account. I've been to standard bank and I was told that they never received any money from vertex in October. I called vertex many times and they keep telling me that they are waiting for a response from standard bank. I wrote a review here on 31 December 2021, vertex called me to say they are looking into the matter. No feedback since then. Standard bank sent me an email requesting more information. My emails are not going through to them when I reply and I called the number attached to the email, it doesn't exist. Where is my money?

I am still waiting for my refund. I was told that I will get yesterday by the latest. No 1 is calling me with an update from STD Bank, I must call them. The person that is dealing with my query is not responding to my emails. I'm very frustrated with this.
