Refund

two months ago i settled my credit card debt, and called the bank to cancel the account. 2 weeks later i got a debit of R700.The monthly debit order bill ran and i had a credit in the account. i was told that it will be reversed and refunded by being paid into my standard bank cheque account within 2 days. its been 2 months now and i am being transferred to other people but nothing is processed. the credit account has been cancelled but i never recieved the R700
