Reference number.

I wonder if someone has ever tried to pay a traffic fine and the institution uses standard bank? the only response you get from standard bank app is - cannot verify beneficiary reference number. Thanks to standard bank i now have to travel 105km to pay a R200 traffic fine. Great service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
