Reference Number [***] - no feedback We have been struggling with Liberty Life since my father in law passed away. The broker (Nico Botha) is useless and not giving any help whatsoever since we told him that my father appointed his lawyer to be the executor of his estate. My husband received a call where the guy told him he should get his (dead) father to sign the forms. We emailed and called. And last week we send all the outstanding forms on the 27th of October, and still no answer, and today a Claudia Kaizer called and said they are waiting for the forms...then I forwarded them again and a Phillipine Radebe answered and said I must forward again and then she said she received them it will take 48 hours then they will respond...another 48hours. We have stuff of my father in law to pay and we are just waiting and waiting for Liberty's 48hours to go by before they find another fault. No one wants to help you.
