On the 20th of January I bought tickets on the viagogo website for a concert. After buying the tickets, the tickets were mailed to me and the inforamtion on the tickets looked suspect. I phoned computicket about the tickets and I was told, that although the Computocket logo appears on the tocket, they cannot garantee me that the tickets are legit. I immediately cancelled my credit card and logged a request with Standard Bank that this transaction must be cancelled. Feedback from Standard Bank now is that I will only get my money back by 2016/03/10. this is unacceptable. We have personal and business accounts with Standard Bank, and with this level of customer service I am considering moving my buisness to another bank.
