I am highly disappointed as my complaint has been running since august 2015 for reckless lending and there has been no resolution ..I took finance with std and later found out certain important details were not discussed with me to be exact I was not told about the fixed interest rate that was available for me to elect apparently because they don't normally tell clients about it and the installment on it would be high so they chose the linked to prime on my behalf so for the past 5 months I have been going back and forth asking them why I was not told about this and why did they make a financial decision for me because they should have let me decide for myself and to date no one has given me a valid answer except \ we don't normally tell clients about it\" I spoke to a manager Helena who has no accountability at all when I complained she said she doesn't know she wasn't the manager at the time she promised to call me with feedback on the 31.12.2015 I am still waiting for that I called std and Collin was assigned to my complaint and he went on leave and no one is assisting me yesterday someone promised to call me back and they haven't like WHAT THE HELL IS THIS? Do your JOBS!!!!"
