My Cherie acc has been blocked without being informed, <br> I have deposited money in this account for stock for my shop because I didn't know this account will be blocked<br> Only when I was trying to pay for my stock yesterday I realized it was blocked. Called Std bank until I spoke to Tshepo around 5 pm and he promised to escalate the matter to his superior and to my prestige banker whom he said is Sophie Fenyane. Tshepo promised to treat my case as a high priority and that he will ensure they call me 8 am and that he will also check if the matter was resolved when he come in at 11, <br> Hearing nothing from anyone, I called at 9, I was put on hold n listened to boring music until my R55 worth of airtime got finished and was cut off<br> I called again and asked if Sophie my prestige banker could call me because we are told we can't have their numbers, till this time I have not heard from Std bank<br> I tried to call again and I was put on music again till my airtime for R55 got finish. <br> I am a small business owner and my business is my sole income provider, my account has been blocked after I have put money in it and I can't buy stock<br> What an inefficient institution called Std bank
