Rediculous service at STD bank Dutywa

If possible i would actual kill the stars. I lostmy father on the 8th of Dec 2020. We covered him in different companies which effectively paid out. Sad part his own insurance policy with STD bank ipto t*** date has not paid. He was a die hard loyal Std bank customer if he was alive he would be disappointed with them like i am. Std bank agents in the Dutywa branch seem to not know what they are doing or dobt have the patience as they claim the call centre takes forever ti answer line. We travel to and from the bank more than 6 times now.

The other issue that frustrates me the most on our applicagion for estate late account is 1. the agent while busy with customers(us) he is on his phone as well for a good minute or so. 2.Moves around not sure wether the system is slow or multitasking but we there at that time looking not even given progress on our query 3. No proper system is in place. I was told when opening a late estate account one needs to make an appointment i travelled for days asking for a date i was told no come in the morning maybe there might be a cancellation and you aresloted in (who the hell does that? does it occur to STD bank we also have lives and other things to do and cannot be running are around begging to be given service)

I feel STD bank personnel dont care if we pay for transportation coming in and out of the branch and we dont work here so cannot know the systems of the branch thus they have to be clearly explained to us.

Lastly can the branch have 1 policy so the staff can say 1 thing because you meet this one today they tell you this, tomorrow its another they tell you another this and more documents to bring.

Im certain i will never bank with std bank and sure will not wanna continue with our family funeral cover with you.
