HOME LOANS AWAY from Home. *** 1) Only two home loans statement a year - We should be receiving the statement on a monthly basis. The statement is a legal document that can be utilised to reconcile the account. We need the home loan statement to ensure that our payments are allocated to our home loan account. Otherwise add my home loan account on my online banking profile where we can download the statement.
2) Standard bank provide me with a payment holiday from Aug 2023 to October 2023 (Thank you), yet on my credit profile it is show casing that I missed a payment for October. I can understand how this error could have occurred, what I don't understand is why is it taking so long to rectify on my profile.
