recycling of accounts - money lost

<p>Standard Bank is the only bank I know that recycles bank accounts. We closed an account in 2009 and till today 2017 monies are being deposited into the account. The problem is that the account now belongs to someone else. </p> <p> </p> <p>Ideally the account should be closed and the deposits bounced back to the payer. Standard Bank is not taking any reponsibilty. </p>
