Recurring deductions

On 25.09.2025, an amount of R700 was deducted from my account for a loan that was already settled by insurance. I previously reported this issue and was assured that it had been resolved. However, I have now noticed that the same deduction of R700 has occurred again on 25.10.2025.

This is extremely concerning, as the loan in question was fully settled through the insurance claim. These repeated deductions are causing unnecessary financial strain and inconvenience.

I request that you:

1. Investigate why the deductions are still being made.

2. Refund all incorrectly deducted amounts immediately.

3. Confirm in writing that the loan account is permanently closed and no further deductions will occur.
