Recurring debit order - but I do not owe

In February 2015 my debit order can back unpaid . I guy phoned me to split the arrear amount in threes which i agreed however in March i made up and paid the arrear and current installments . Cancelleing off the arrangement . The arranged amount still came off .i had it reveresed . In April the arranged amount came off again and i then had it reversed . Yesterday 19 May i called in the collections department just to check if this arrangement has been cancelled and the guy Lionel assured me it has been . This morning this arranged amount came off again R460.51. I called in spoke to Phindi and Nklatego and they said they will request a reversal in 5 days . She then advised me to speak to general banking , i then spoke to lady MUSI ,who advised she cannot reverse standard bank debit orders she will conference the loans dept , after staying on the line for 5 minutes the call was cut and nobody has had the decency to call me back .I request an immediate reversal , i have a debit order going off today of R250 and will not be responsibile for unpaid fees due to your call centres imcompotence . I am also not prepared to go into any branch again !
