Recurring bad service

I can't even begin to complain about service. Because there isn't. SB changed a debit order date without my consent let alone courtesy notification, from last year I have been asking to change my debit order date back to where it was with no success. SB agents send me from pillar to post advising me to go to the branch. How difficult can it be.
