<p>Good day,</p> <p>Please kindly investigate wether the correct process was followed when increasing my overdraft limit from R6000.00 to R40000.00 as I have now been receiving unpleasent calls and smses telling me about being summoned to the court and being black listed. My issue is, I had an advance account with the bank at the time on applying for this overdraft, how was it approved and was the correct procedure followed in this regard. If yes, please give me the paperwork supporting this the overdraft application and the notes put by the approving person, only then, will I pay. Failure to this, I will have to persue this further with the Ombudsman or the credit regulator. Please investigate and come back to me. ID number *** </p>
