Recruitment process.

This review is not based on any bad service or products but the recruitment process at Standard bank. I used to work for standard Bank from 2012 or 2016 , I started applying for job vacancies from 2022 and recently this year in 2023 ,when I apply for the same position I used to do with the same job specs or lower grades they keep rejecting my applications without a valid reason. I don't understand how would you say I don't meet the requirements but I did the same thing Im applying. I understand if I was getting interviews and I'm failing them but now I'm getting rejection emails without even being interviewed
