I took out a loan on the 27th on your app. I went through the flow to see how much I qualified for. Then I signed the pre-agreement and at the end of the flow it asked me to enter a OTP which I did four times and it kept giving me an error. I then left it as your loan flow is buggy. A few minutes later I see an incoming credit of R150k. I only signed a pre-agreement and never sent you any docs? I transferred the cash back to the loan account then called your. I spoke to Nelusi on the 27th *** to close the loan account and he didn't know what to do. He said he will escalate the issue and get back to me. No one has gotten back to me yes. The loan has no balance because I transferred the cash back but you are going to charge me fees on the loan soon which I do no want. Please close this loan as is otherwise Ill open up a case with the Ombud for reckless lending.
