Why do we have business bankers in standardbank but when I want to see one to get some statements sorted and have a chat tot hem about my limits the receptionist tells me to go to enquirer that’s not the job of a business banker
If I wanted to discuss my business with enquirer team I would have gone there
Absolutely pathetic
