Receiving otps

Sitting overseas I needed to receive 1 time pins but my number was not active, called through to standard bank went through 3 consultants , frustrated I said okay 1 more time, this time hopefully I will get help. Mr Sifiso Mabizela from the internet banking section took the time to assist and even emailed after to ensure I knew what documents to submit. I am still awaiting communication on the hope that my request will be approved, but nonetheless Mr Sifiso deserves some praise !God bless you !
