Receiving my funds and hanging onto them

For the last 6 years every month my husband transfers money into my account from overseas for my household payments . Every month standard bank sits on this money despite me advising them by written form that they sent me that it had to go directly into my account. They then have the cheek to charge me finance charges ffor late payment of my cr card and overdraft fees while giving me no interest on this money
