Receiving my credit card

<p>I recently app**** for a credit card via telephone. After all the details given I received a call from a consultant confirming my card is available for pick up. I've been at all 3 branches in Potch and each of them tell me a different story that it's not available for me. I know there is a lot of procedures they have to follow but this is really upsetting me</p>
