received call from standard bank credit card sales division approved for credit card never received card as yet
received call from standard bank credit card sales division approved for credit card never received card as yet - I received a phone call on the 20th Aug, I send all the documents on the 21st aug. I’ve been following up ever since.
Last week Thursday they advised they received the extra document I had to send and that my card will be processed. I phoned yesterday as well as today and they don’t pick up anything.
I need answers as soon as possible Standard bank / SBSA / MSA?

this is not best service..... no one knows what is going on and nobody can provide me with MARKET SA's number...….empty promises for returning my phone call before end of business day.....please get someone in a higher position to phone me today still so that I know what is going on.
