Received 6 emails requesting documents I sent

The abridged version:<br> <br> I submitted a home loan application on Monday, 7 September 2015 -- I was told it would take 2 days to get an initial response.<br> <br> On Tuesday, a Ms. Pearl Mjoli emailed asking for my payslips, which I submitted with my original application the day before. I sent them again just to be safe.<br> <br> Between Friday, 10 September and Tuesday, 22 September (12 days), I received 5 emails from Pearl asking for additional documentation, which I emailed after the first request, and every time thereafter. After numerous calls with the Home Loans Department (totalling a minimum of 3 hours of my time wasted), I still do not have a response on (A) whether these additional documents were received by Pearl, and (B) whether or not our Home Loan has been approved. It's been 3 weeks
