Reaped off by Standard Bank

I have been unemployed since 2014 and only found a job this month Feb 2016. During the time i was unemployed i was unable to pay off my Std Bank debts. The time i found a job the first thing i did was to contact Std Bank to arrange payment on my outstanding acc. They told me that my acc was handed over to the attoneys and i have to make an arrangement with them. I contacted the attorneys sometime in Jan 2016 and I made an arrangement that I will be paying R500 towards my outstanding acc as soon as i get paid. This month when i just got my first salary after not working for almost 2 years, Std Bank took an amount of R1500 from my bank acc. When i phoned to enquire they told me that it was paid to the attoneys because i did not make any arrange when i know very well that i did make an arrangement. When i called the attorneys , they say they dont know anything about this R1500 which Sta Bank says it paid to them. All i just need is an explanation of what all this is about and desperately need a refund of R1000 to pay my child school fees. My child just got suspended for not paying school fees (suspension letter available). I feel Std Bank has ****** me of my hard earned money
