Really terrible customer service from Standard bank homeloans.
The customer service I have received from Standard Bank home loans is beyond disappointing. They claim to be able to resolve a problem within 24 to 48 hours. After 9 days and counting nobody seems to be able to assist. Good luck with your future business.
