Really Standard Bank, really??

I never have anything nice to say about Standard Bank, because there is never anything nice to say. I understand that, for some reason, all banks are ****ed up at the moment, but honestly, customer service is really not that hard of a thing to accomplish. Get done nice and early on Sat to avoid the queues, to fetch my new card. You see, I have a newborn baby and I can't get there during the week. Only to get to the front counter and be told, the key to open the draw isn't there and I would need to come back and STAND IN THE ****ING QUEUE I was there to avoid. No, seeing as you were one of the first people here, you come straight to me, no stand here and have a chat while we wait. At what point does them not having the key become my problem?? This happened at Cape Gate branch. I honestly don't know why I still bank with you!!
