Really poor service std bank tongaat

I have been dealing with standard bank in Tongaat for the past few weeks now and it has been absolutely horrid. Firstly they have asked me to come in and collect a card when the card was in Ballito. Eventually when I did collect the card at Tongaat I asked the lady that assisted me at enquiries as to wether my credit card is linked onto the app and she had advised that everything is in order. It was definitely not the case.

So today was the 4th time that i had to walk into that branch and again they could not assist as they were demanding for my cheque card of which I didnt have to link the credit card onto my app and once again I had to walk out the branch without being serviced.

Overall the Tongaat branch provides a very very poor service their enquiries team is extremely slow its more worse than sitting than a clinic and the lady in front always wants to offer minimum. They make people stand outside in the hot sun awaiting to get in which is understandable under covid rules but the pace these people work is really bad.

I want my credit card to show onto the app as i am not willing to go back into that branch but something has to be done about their poor service
