Really helpful service

I had to link a new beneficiary and I was battling to do this on line. The staff member at the enquiries desk (whose name I regrettably didn't get, but her user ID as per the documents she gave me is A209183), was friendly, helpful and sorted this problem out in no time.<br> <br> We're quick to complain, sometimes we need to be as quick to compliment. This employee is a credit to the branch - thank you.
