RE: Raksha Mangroo, Standard Bank

I want to extend my sincere gratitude for the commitment and hard work displayed by Ms Raksha Mangroo in my recent engagement with her through Standard Bank Home Loan. Generally, the latter is a chaotic extension of the bank based on my experience of having dealt with them on a several occasions. This week was a breath of fresh air when my call landed to Ms Mongroo, through out my query she kept me informed about every detail. Where she fell short she enquired and filled me in with more details which made the whole process seamless.
