RE: QMPQ*** - Is SBSA worth my loyalty?

I love my bank & I write this as my last outcry for a fair resolution after a discouraging correspondence with International Banking Service Desks Consultant Elton Mashile TPSO Operations Client Services SA - Escalations (***) & disheartening correspondence with my so called Private Banker (Private Banking is such a *******).

A depositor used my USD Account Number but mistakenly picked a SWIFT CODE for my Rand Account. The deposit landed in another SBSA client's account which is the most shocking.

1. What are the odds that a SBSA Account Number could be the same as SB International Isle Of Man Account Number?

2. How can the use of a USSD Account Number + ZAR Swift Code resulted in the transfer going through as it is not valid, the transfer should have been rejected?

3. IT20170ZA*** Payment Advice / Inward Telegraphic Transfer / MT103 has my details & indicating the sender & the receiver details. How does Standard Bank proceed to credit Monica Gouws' bank account?

4. Monica Gouws' address & the address on the IT20170ZA*** Payment Advice do not match

5. The receiver name & surnames do not match

I still hope that someone within Standard Bank can help. I may be worthless to the bank in net worth terms but this will go to prove to me if the bank is worth my loyalty that I have not questioned since I was 17.
