Re-open my credit card

<p>I've tried to get hold of Standard bank Credit card division for 3 days now. Have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a consultant to answer with no luck. I alos filled in the call me back option on your website 6 or 7 times now since Monday. It says it takes 5 business hours to phone me back. No phone call at all as of yet. Please can someone assist in repoening my credit card. </p>
