<p>Bank Account closure without Notice-No feedback (Nothing)</p> <p>My Accounts have been stopped by STD bank for 4 months now and I have given everything they requested in order to resolve this matter but still my account is stopped and no explaination as to how far with the investigation.</p> <p>In 27 February 2017 I borrowed some cash from my friend in the sum of<br />R44 000 and he transferred it to me since I know him he has a company that is active and doing business so for him it easy to borrow me money and it is not the first time, I was informed by the bank that my friend<br />(Peter) got this money *******ly from another company then they stopped my accounts: Cheque, Saving, Market Link Accounts and I was informed it will take about 5 weeks to resolve. I made phone calls to the bank in ***** department and spoke to Sibusiso and he told me to make an affidavit at the police station then they will open my bank account but a month later my account is not opened and they confirmed the receipts of the affidavits.</p> <p>I escalated the matter ********** on the 24 April 2017 and got the ref number: ********** 725 but there was no feedback or what so ever on the matter even today, I have sent 4 follow up emails already but no feedback.</p> <p>All I need to know is how far with the investigation even if you did not reactivate my account and keep the funds</p>
