Re application for student loan

Ihave been trying to apply for a student loan from Standard Bank and went to branch in Westgate.At the branch I was told to apply on line and they took me to a computer.I told the man at the branch that I app**** a previous time on line and it was a disaster.I waited 2 month and got no reply from them and eventually phoned them and was informed that nothing has been done about my application.I then made coment on Facebook about there bad service and that made fire under them.Now that I am trying for another loan on line it keeps on declining it before any documents get attached.I phoned the student loan department and there you get put through to numerous people and you don't get anywhere.I have now from yesterday app**** 4 times on line for student loan.I phoned there customer service department and a lady said she will find out from student loan department why it does that.She phoned me back and said that we put the wrong information in some areas I must do reapplication again which I did and again it was declined without allowing me to attach documents.Here are all the ref nrs 121853zp7sm4,***k19bn2,***0ut4vg if you could please see if you can get anywhere with them.
