RCS Initionation fee

i moved from capitec back to standard bank with the hope that things would be better. I took out a loan (revolving credit) amount of R22.000 with the repayment amount of R700 a month, i recently had a need for the amount and transferred it to my main account and the next day was charged an amount of R1.197.00

i was not advised of this amount ,i was aware that there is a interest amount but this charge caught me off guard please explain what this amount is and what is going to be done about it not being explained and alternatively if something is not explained but charged i have grounds to dispute.

Reviewer Update

My issue has not been resolved

I was not advised about the initiation fee all I was advised to do a number of times was sign for authorisation and approval purposes. The only amount that was confirmed was the monthly repayment and I had to work out the total rayment over 60 months on my own. I do not own a copy of this information and I can send you all the information that I was given at that time. This is not one of them. I feel that I was blindly ask to sign because if I was made aware of the amount I would have been more comfortable ,but I was not. I do not accept your answer, and the fact that I do not have a copy of this is proof that I did not know . I moved to your bank with hopes that you would be transparent in all the information and actions of your business with me your client but it seems to be a repeat of my last banking experience. I'm not accepting this as a suitable resolution.

Looking forward to a swift response

Regards
