RCP payment holiday relieve unanswered

I am finding a professional establishments ethics baffling as I have send a mail for debt relieve or payment holiday during this lockdown period as I cannot afford to payback my RCP payments during this time due to limited movement as I am unemployed .I rather get overdue and interest occurring mails and no one calls in order to finalize or even start the process .i am due 1 month and 2 will shortly follow this month .Can someone assist as I have to borrow for bank charges to date .My outstanding 37k will be 40k if standard continues like this as I don’t have control over this pandemic and government measures set in place .Kindly Call me to talk about my RCP and the Non payment
