RCP not increased

As a valued customer i fell betrayed and is very disappointed.When I changed my savings acc to cheque the sale person never communicated few things to me which i find unfair an that you only trying to get customers for the bank. No one told me that when that when i swipe my acc at retail store that some swiping machines does not deduct they money that same day only after few days,but i do get sms notifications that same day it was deducted but does not reflect online. Further more no one told me that this will affect my credit rating. After settling two of my loans still the bank could not offer me a loan or increase my RCP after banking with the bank for over nine years.Your not even willing to secure your customers because off a debit order that did not go off R52 which was not mentioned or communicated by your consultants to me.There is more to this which i can not mention on here,but i feel betrayed and minipulate because of your poor services.
