RCP LOAN REFUND

If possible I was gonna give them 0 stars It is very disappointing to be always advised matter is being escalated every time I call , if not that I’m asked documents which were sent and confirmed on the 2nd . It’s soo inconveniencing and disappointing to get this service from a leading largest bank. No one is responsible and taking accountability of this matter from your teams it’s promises daily and escalations since 2nd of February. Such a poor and pathetic service from this leading and largest bank in Africa.
