RCP Loan agreement not fulfilled

On the 15th of June, I went into the branch to lower my credit limit on my RCP loan which it lowered my monthly payment amount. To my surprise, at the end of June, they debited my account on the 27th of June with the old debit amount. I phoned Transactional banking and the Loans department logged a call and received a reference number. They had promised to have this issue resolved by the 29th of June. until today, I have neither received any feedback from them nor a notice of my grievance. This has proven to me that this is the worst bank in the country. Over a year ago, I cancelled my cheque account and moved to another bank and I intend to do the same with my home loan.
