RCP Installment increased

Frustrated Customer.

I took out a RCP with Standard Bank and the monthly install as agreed on the contract is R2233. However this change last month when the debt order went through. The amount that was debited was around R2800 (Just to round it of). I called my Banker and she logged a call which the matter is still under investigation. I then called the call centre and they advised that the reason why the new amount was debited is because the monthly instalment has increased.

My question is, how does the instalment increase without the customer being informed. No documentation or communication was sent to me. I honestly feel like something ***** is happening and if this is the kind of treatment customers are getting then rather I move to another bank. This is really frustrating.
