RCP forced repayment plan

Account issue,i have an RCP with standard bank,i am paying back via debit order end of January no payment was deducted but i had enough fund on the account, early this month of March a consultant phoned and said i must not worry it will be sorted later, a week later someone phoned me and forced me to agree on a arrangement i am not Happy with this at all
