RCP

I honestly don't know why I still bother with this bank, as they seem to not give a hoot about their customers. If they don't deduct double installments and take forever to rectify their mistakes, they don't come back to you or they have some or other backlog.. My latest problem is as follow. I app**** online to have my RCP limit increased, The message said I would be contacted within 48hrs. A week later, I still haven't had any correspondence from STD bank, so I phoned. The consultant said their sales dep. will phone me back within 48hrs. Two weeks later, I received my first call, and did the entire application, that was approved. The consultant said that they will deposit the fund within 48hrs. Well it has now been 96hrs, and I am still waiting, All together it has taken a month now, to get this loan. DO YOU GUYS KNOW HOW LONG 48HRS IS??? Now after speaking to 3 different consultants over the phone, I am still not one step closer to finding out when my funds will be paid over. bottom line.... STANDARD BANK, YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! As always....
