RCA Initiation fee

I recently took a person loan from standard bank in cresta for 6000.00 for personal reason that required that particular amount ,out of that 6000 I utilised 3500.00 with the knowledge that I will use the 2500 .00 for the rest of the things I need to do, this morning as I am about to use this amount I have come to the realisation that I do not have the 2500 anymore a fee of 741.00 referred to as RCA Initial fee was deducted, no one notified me of this ,it is frustrating as I requested that 6000 because I needed to use it ,now I am back to square one my reason for the loan is still not resolved mainly because standard bank has no client skills ,I have dealt with Nedbank and FNB Before and not once have a come across such, I will be moving my funds to FNB and after repaying this loan I want nothing to do with standard bank.
