Random new service fee added to my CC?

every few months i go through all my statements to check my expenditure and make sure that there is no unusual activity on my accounts, I come across a R28.00 service fee on my CC, so i called in, first I'm told that it is for a garage card (that i do not have) then the story changes to oh no its a price increase from Jan. so i go back to Jan. cannot find any charges, randomly begins in April, so now explain to the call center agent that when I was offered this CC it came bundled with my EP acc and was told that there is no service fee on CC, logged a complaint with the complaints department waiting for response, but thought I'd look into this further, low and behold there are several people with the same issue, so it dawns on me that this has happened to me before about a year ago so now thinking that I must change my bank as it seems STD bank is slipping in random charges as they please, been with STD bank since I was seven years old, more than disappointing.
